People are always searching for the next big thing. The next big weight loss program, the next big muscle building program, or the next way to "boost confidence and self esteem". 

The truth is, there's no secret method. No fad diet will drop 10 lbs in a week and leave you ripped and shredded. No muscle building program will slap on 15 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks. That doesn't mean you can't achieve amazing things though. Progress is made every single day you step over the threshold of your own comfort zone. Every day that you buckle yourself up, hungry to see where you can take yourself next, is a day where you've made another series of incremental steps towards your goal.

The real trick, the real talent, is never giving up. Never letting the momentum grind to a halt. No matter how uncomfortable or scary; holding the line and pushing it ever forward is the key to unlocking every ounce of potential you will have.

If becoming a champion meant staying in our comfort zone, we'd all be wearing medals.
