Everyone gets aches and pains. Some from training, some from lack of training. You can agree though, the human body needs a lot of care.
Recently we've been using MobilityWoD's Voodoo Bands to help our recovery at the gym. They're astonishingly effective. The technical aspects of the band involve wrapping them semi-tightly around a joint and then "Flossing" the muscles by working them through a range of motion.
We've found with regular use, it helps alleviate swelling and muscle tightness in the areas it is applied to. With long term joint pain, the bands also neatly eliminate the ache and discomfort for several hours.
I can't recommend the Voodoo Flossing bands enough, we use them daily, and you should too!
